This event has passed Get tickets

Event description

Ahead of his journey to NASA in June, UTS’s Dr Joshua Chou will discuss his ground-breaking research which has the potential to kill cancer cells. Learn about this international space mission where cancer cells will be sent into space to see if they behave as Dr Chou’s on earthly experiments have, with some 80 to 90 per cent of the cancer cells dying without drug treatment. Join us as Dr Chou outlines his research and recounts his journey to making this huge discovery that could positively impact millions around the world.

Dr Chou will be joined by Australia's first astronaut Dr Paul Scully-Power AM in a Q&A hosted by 2SER's Alex James. Bring your questions!
