- Scallop ceviche with fennel
- Confit tomato with tapenade on toast
- Duck liver parfait on brioche
- Cauliflower remoulade with pickled shiitake tartlet
- Selection of sourdough, fresh from The Grounds Bakery with maple butter and toasted seeds

Salad of Queensland champagne lobster, black fig and truffle aioli

Roasted grass fed Tasmanian beef tenderloin, sweet onion tart fine and béarnaise sauce

Is the price per person or per table?
The cost is per person, you only need to select two reservation to cater for two people. Should you wish to book multiple tables for multiple couples, please add the selected quantities to your basket.
What is included in the ticket price?
Each ticket includes a four-course shared dinner, designed by Executive Chef, Paul McGrath, to be paid in full at the time of booking. All drinks will be charged on consumption, settled at the completion of your booking.
Can dietary requirements be catered for?
Please specify any dietary restrictions (vegetarian, vegan, GF, DF etc) at the time of placing your booking. A separate shared vegetarian menu and a vegan menu will be available for the table.
Are children allowed at the event?
Our Valentine’s Day service is an adults-only occasion. No children, prams or babies are permitted.
Do you have wheelchair access?
