A 6-week exploration and empowerment of your VOICE
Have you ever struggled to speak your truth with confidence?
Lost your voice or words when asked a question?
Or fear being judged for sharing your opinion or thoughts so you avoid sharing them?
Then VOICE WISDOM CIRCLE is the perfect place for you.
Over the 6 weeks we will be exploring and reclaiming your voice through:
- Voice Wisdom Circles, sharing, sounding, chanting, body-voice connection, movement and song.
- Developing strategies to help you manage nerves and tools to strengthen your voice and speak or sing your truth with confidence.
- Learning energetic feminine essence and presence practices to enhance your presence, engage your audience and share your truth.
- All in a fun, safe, nurturing, joyful space
This course is also restorative and confidence building as you grow connection with your inner voice to sound it out into the loving arms of the circle holding space and witnessing you as you are, without changing or fixing anything.

When: Starts Monday 9th September 2019 for 6 weeks (2 week break over NSW School Holidays) (The dates are: 9th, 16th, 23rd Sept. and 14th, 21st, 28th Oct.)
Times: 6.45pm for a 7pm start - 8.30pm
Venue: The Wisdom Space Byron Bay (Formerly The Women's Shack)
Wear comfortable clothes, as there will be some movement-based activities

Mandy Siegel is a singer, performer facilitator and presenter with extensive experience in Women's Wisdom Circles, Human Resources, Life Coaching, NLP and Hypnotherapy. Mandy is fully equipped to give you the tools to take your communication and presentations to the level of confidence you desire.
