WAGGA WAGGA TRANSFORMATIONAL 2020

The Transformational Leadership Program, designed and delivered by The EI Collaborative, is a 6 month program aimed at modern business leaders who are driven to succeed.

The program focuses on amplifying your core emotional intelligence capabilities, leaving you better able to navigate conflict and resistance from your team, recognise the impact of stress on your team, and role model effective balance away from the workplace.

Designed by four of Australia’s leading Emotional Intelligence specialists, the program delivers:

•    Baseline GENOS® 180° and Transformed GENOS® 180° Assessments
•        Everything DiSC® Assessment
•        A three-day interactive learning workshop, with networking opportunities and keynote speakers
•        Four x one hour 1:1 coaching sessions with our nationally accredited coaches
•        Six months access to MyLEAP - a mobile learning platform.

Business Leaders will come away from the Transformational Leadership Program with a personalised Emotional Intelligence action plan which they can deliver and embed in their workplaces. Leaders who participate in the program will develop the ability to survive and thrive as a modern workplace leader.

Key Program Dates (Wagga Wagga):

•        The Wagga Wagga program will commence on 21st April, with the Baseline GENOS® 180° Assessment. Reports from this assessment will be made available to participants week commencing 19th May.
•        The Everything DiSC® Assessment will take place week commencing 19th May.
•        The first coaching session will take place week commencing 25th May, with subsequent coaching sessions scheduled for week commencing 22nd June (#2), week commencing 20th July (#3) and week commencing 5th October (#4).
•        The 3-day Intensive Emotional Intelligence Workshop will take place from 2nd to 4th June.
