Every Wednesday at 1pm - a perfect opportunity to stop, breathe, listen to your body and calm your mind... to re-set and align your whole self mid-week!

This time is for anyone who wants to quiet their mind and reduce stress mid week, so they can walk with confidence and ease throughout the rest of the week.

Mindfulness is proven to reduce the effects of stress and anxiety - the simple act of re-focusing is incredibly powerful for your mental and physical health. You will experience the benefits in all aspects of your life - relationships, work, play and so feel happier, more confident and focused.

We will explore our Mind-Body-Spirit Connection with stillness, mindfulness, breathe-work and ceremony.. using essential oils, flower essences and symbols, so you feel energised, centred and at ease.
