Sick of meditation Mondays? Cake day not cutting it? Then join us for Wednesday wellbeing workshops at The Everleigh. In these sessions, we will discuss tactics for surviving and thriving in the workplace, facilitated by expert coaches, educators, and psychologists. Covering topics such as self regulation, bullying, conflict, and communication, and yourself and others through trauma, our sessions aim to provide accessible platforms for conversation and connection.

This sessions focuses on the origins of stress, and considers ways to implement strategies for stress reduction and self regulation in a friendly group setting. Come prepared to talk, listen, and learn.

About the facilitator: Dr Anna Dabrowski is a skilled facilitator, coach, and research into social connectedness. Anna has a special interest in supporting the mental health of tertiary students and educators.
