A Daring Pairing with The Pop Inn
Event description
To celebrate The Canberra Region Truffle Festival, The Pop Inn will be hosting a series of Wine Pairing Masterclasses at Westfield Woden. Led by Kimberley Ohayon, creator of The Pop Inn by Wine Bar Co, this half hour workshop explores the relationship between a great food and wine match.
Guests will be delighted as they experience elegant local wines paired with a mix of truffle infused cheeses and local chocolates. The matches will allow guests to explore the diversity of our region’s wines, as well let them experience firsthand the intricate interactions between the senses of smell and taste that create a magical food pairing.
Wine & chocolate pairing session times: 10.30AM & 11.30AM
Wine & cheese pairing session times: 1.30PM & 2.30PM
Location: Westfield Woden, level 1 opposite David Jones and Kidstuff
Cost: $15 per person
Inclusions: 30min wine pairing workshop with 3 local wines and pairings
