Event description

"Your brand is what people say about you when you're not in the room"

Jeff Bezos

Have you taken the time to consider what your personal brand is and how it is helping (or hindering) your career?

Recruiters, employers and clients are a quick google search away from getting a surprising amount of insight into your personal brand, based on your digital footprint. If this thought has you scrambling for your privacy settings, we have the perfect event for you!

The good news is there are some simple and innovative ways to elevate your personal brand to build your presence in the market, increase your career options, build your business and increase your network.

Women in Technology WA have gathered together an exceptional panel of experts to give you the latest tips on how you can easily enhance your personal brand both online and in-person, from creating the perfect LinkedIn profile, to getting the ultimate professional headshot, to aligning your brand with your values.

Mini Mentors / Mentees

Are you a Uni Student, parent returning to work, new to the industry (or Perth Tech Scene), upskilling, reskilling or looking to connect with more people in Tech?  We are excited to offer our "Mini Mentor" program as part of our next event in February.

We have been delighted with the generosity from the community in the past with a lot of amazing people who have volunteered to be your "Mini Mentor" on the night. These Mini Mentors work in various roles in Perth Tech+ - including Technical, Management, Project Management, Account Management etc and across many industry streams.

The program will allow you to kick off before the event with one on one time with a mentor to share more about you, your passion for tech+ and build a connection (we will help you along the way).  Once the event starts you and your mentor can then choose to network or continue your discussions.

If you want to participate as a mentor or mentee, first organise your ticket to the main event here, then visit the link below to register your interest as a Mini Mentor or Mini Mentee: https://events.humanitix.com.a...
