Join Lissie Turner (Yoga Therapist) and Tahlia Mynott (Holistic Nutritionist) in this beautiful sanctuary, just 5mins from Uki, for this celebration and expoloration of the ever-changing and life-long journey of our hormones; from the exuberance of puberty to the time of the wise-woman of menopause and everything inbetween. Utilising this framework, we'll move through practices of yoga, focused breathwork, bodywork, sharing circles, nutrition and tools of deep relaxation. What is me and what are my hormomes? How best can I support myself through these changes on a day to day basis and through the course of my life?
Give yourself resounding permission to step out of the regular hustle and bustle of weekdays to a day instead filled with nurturing and nourishment, that will not just benefit you but all those that gain nourishment and support from you. The day will compromise of yoga, talks, ayurvedic food, magnesium pool dips and the magnificent, powerful presence of Wollumbin. All components throughout the day will be based around our journey as woman, the celebration of this incredible female form, the continuing reclaimation of feminine power in way that's grounded and sustainable and how being women, in this lifetime, directs our spiritual growth.
