This working group will focus on the topic of Getting Your Teams Comfortable with Change.
Every improvement requires change, but not every change is an improvement.
Are your teams change ready or does change result in conflict, frustration and limited results?
If you have objectives and goals to meet, normally they require you and your teams to change the way things are currently done. Mostly this means changing the way people do the work.
Therefore, we will be more successful if we and our teams have a good understanding of some principles around change.
How do you create an environment where people are receptive to change, where they understand the normal emotions associated with change, and where they are self-aware enough to understand where they may be in the change curve?
Well curiosity creates questions so we encourage you to attend this event and raise those questions and as a group we can discover better ways to be more effective with getting our teams open and comfortable with change.
Our events are an excellent forum for networking and engaging in 'peer to peer' learning with other members. To get the most out of the event you need to attend the event with a willingness to contribute to group discussions.
Who should attend?
This event is ideal for People and Culture Managers, Department Managers, Front Line Managers.
As a member of IPA you can register up to 2 people, subject to availability, to attend this event. This event is for IPA members only, there will be no public access to this event.
When do I need to register by?
Registrations close 2 days prior to event date.
Registrations are based on a "first-come, first-served" basis.
There are no allocated seats with membership.
