Event description

This working group will focus on 'Managing Your Time Better'

Q. How are you going?

A. Flat out! There’s just not enough time!

How often have you heard that?

Typically, the hardest workers are not always the best managers of time, but this does not mean you should work any less hard.

Following an effective time management strategy involves incorporating tactics into your daily, weekly, and monthly routine that optimise the available hours of the day.

There is careful balance to managing time wisely enough to get everything done as needed without putting too much pressure on yourself.

In this working group we will be investigating the strategies that will:

  • Help you identify how much time you are spending on Leadership, Business improvement and the day-to-day activities
  • Identify how you can ‘recover’ time
  • Reduce unnecessary interruptions
  • Employ ‘leader standard time’
  • Allow you to spend time with those that matter most in life

Our guest presenter at this event will be Matthew Mafrici from Team Assurance who has a firm belief that, like ‘single-use’ packaging, ‘single-use’ data has no place in modern business. Matt will offer some guidance to cut out the non-value-adding noise that can absorb our valuable time!
