Would you describe yourself as a worrier do you spend a lot of time thinking about your problems or unpleasant things that might happen.  In our world today most Women I speak to are worried about something, maybe they think they are not good enough, maybe they are stressed or anxious over not living up to their expectation or that of other people.

Its time we changed from being a Worrier to becoming a Warrior (a heroic being with a brave mind and ethical impulse).  You don't need to do this on your own as it can be a scary thing but when you are surrounded with your soul sisters becoming a Warrior Woman and having this transformation can be exhilarating and empowering.
