Hazards

Yackandandah is an old historic town , its footpaths are wide and modern, but its gutters are made of stone and are wide and deep. Most of the traffic is detoured around the back of the town and walking between venue is the norm. A bus is provided by the Yackandandah Mens Shed and runs regularly around the town on a set route for all to use.

Toilet location

There are several portable disable toilets provided around the town and The Community Center( ticket Office) has a disable toilet with ramp access. A map of venues and services is produced and accessible to all.

Accessible parking

There are two permanent car parks in the local Supermarket car park and two car parks in the car park behind the senior citizens center. Yackandandah is not a large town and if you go one street back either side of the high st you will easily find the car parks. If You are camping you will be encouraged to leave your car at the camp ground and to use the bus. As we get closer to the festival more sites are chosen for accessible parking and a map is produced of the town showing venues and toilets parking etc.
