TAMMY WILLIAMS RN, ERYT 20+ Years Experience as Yoga & Mindfulness Teacher Training (Yoga NRG) and Level 3 Senior Yoga Teacher recognised by Yoga Australia 

Tammy Williams (Founder of Yoga NRG & Mindfulness Training Australia) is an experienced Mindfulness and Yoga Trainer with over 7800 hours of teaching, training &/or delivering training.

A qualified registered nurse for over 22 years, she now specialises in Mindfulness and Yoga for Mental Health including Trauma, Depression, Anxiety and Addiction.

In addition to her role as teacher trainer, Tammy consults for an exclusive mental health program based on the Sunshine Coast, in QLD Australia. She has also trained world class Athletes and Corporate Organisations including GE Finance and Queensland Police EAS.

Tammy has been a guest presenter at world reknowned Yoga and Music Festivals including Byron Spirit Festival, Woodford Folk Festival and Yoga Fest.

She is warm, and her communication is open, receptive and welcoming facilitating trainings where all feel heard and supported.

Lee is based in Perth, Australia and enjoys delivering workshops, teacher trainings and retreats worldwide as well as providing CPE for allied health industry at university campuses, health clinics and birthing centres and is on faculty for International Yoga Teaching Trainings as expert Anatomy & Physiology teacher and Yin Yoga Teacher Trainer. With over 17 years in clinical practice as a naturopath (specialising in women’s health and fertility and has interned at hospitals & anatomy labs around the world in surgery and clinic) and has a yoga practice that predates this. Lee has much anecdotal experience to share Lee encourages teachers and trainees to challenge research and teachings, to question students (never assuming we know how our students feel) and to always listen to the answers and observe the bodies we are guiding. She provokes teachers to consider purpose and function of what we teach and how we can view different bodies as individuals to assist guide every student in a meaningful practice. 


Expect every class, workshop or training to share a vast toolkit of tests, languaging, modifications, alternate asana, mindfulness, yoga tune up®, myofascial release, proprioception, interoception processes to assist our teaching to guide our students in an embodied and empowered practice on the mat and beyond.


Lee has studied over 500 hrs yin yoga with Paul & Suzee Grilley (founder of yin yoga), Jo Phee, Joe Barnett, has dissected with Gil Hedley and can be found in the upcoming Anatomy In Yoga by Paul Grilley (filmed in LA in 2015) and brings this background and her vast toolkit of naturopathic and body work experience to her yin trainings!
