Join other likeminded young guns at the Simple Complex, where we'll hear from Lauren Sheppard, General Manager, Moo Brew. With a background in the finance, superannuation, automotive and wine industries, Lauren now heads up Tasmania's largest independent craft brewery ... and the story of how she came to be at the top of the beer game is one for the ages!
