I welcome you to join me for an hour of calm. An opportunity for you to 'fill your cup' to feel fully relaxed, rested and restored.

Each session we'll 'connect, breathe, focus and relax' using a variety of different methods, exploring topics such as self compassion, gratitude, kindness, positive self talk, stress and anxiety relief, sleep support, meditation made easy, mindfulness for the family, etc... with a different focus topic each week.

I'll share breathing techniques, mindfulness exercises and guided meditations to suit all levels, whether this is your first attempt at meditating, or you've been practicing for a while. This is an opportunity for you to experience a wide range of meditations and guided visualisations designed to help you find your true inner sense of calm and contentment.

After a five year struggle with post natal insomia and anxiety, it wasn't until I didscovered Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy that I finally found relief. It lead me on a seven year journey of research and self discovery to now, where I feel called to share these wonderful life changing strategies to support you in your every day lives to feel more calm, confident, focused and relaxed. 

Many of these strategies and meditations have been studied and scientifically proven to deliver amazing psychological and physiological results. They are very effective and easy to integrate into your everyday lives. During the classes, i'll give you lots of practical tips on how to use these skills at home with your families and friends. It's my mission to 'Create a Culture of Calm' within the community!
