Urban Winery Sydney is so happy to welcome back Brendan Cato from The Farmed Table for our End Of Harvest Chef X Winemaker lunch at Urban Winery Sydney. Anyone who has ever tasted Brendan's food knows the detail and passion that goes into not only his cooking, but also the sourcing of his produce. Just like us at Urban Winery Sydney, Brendan's focus is local - seasonal and sustainable - and not just in the 'buzzword sense'. He is genuinely dedicated to working with producers that he knows and trusts and he is certainly not afraid to forage for something different as well.
