Each class offers a balanced combination of Restorative Meridian Qigong, Dynamic Organ Qigong, and Qigong Meditation. The classes are fully guided with gentle yet strengthening and energising movements done in standing. A class is suitable for those with any level of experience. Drop in for a feel good fix of harmony, flow, and inner wellbeing.

ABOUT YOUR TEACHER:
Rosa is a qualified Qigong Instructor & Integrative Nutrition Health Coach. She has an accumulated knowledge of 50 years of body wisdom including Qigong Therapies, Remedial Massage, & Chinese Food Medicine. With personal practice and training spanning over 30 years, Rosa is passionate about health, and has used all natural methods to support her own healing journey.
