Based on the research of Dr Brené Brown, Dare to Lead™ is an empirically based courage-building program designed to be facilitated by organisational development professionals.

  • Small group environment.
  • Great for Senior Executives, C-Suite and Senior Managers.
  • Workbooks, resources, pre and post work, formal Certificate and unique Training Badge (from Brené Brown Education and Research Group) included.

    Overview

This is a leadership from the inside out program, it’s not like any leadership program you’ve attended before, and you will walk away changed or on the journey towards change.

Prepare to learn the skills of AUTHENTIC AND DARING leaders, those that truly step in and lean into leadership, and uncover the barriers you are carrying that stop you from being full self-actualised and courageous.

Michelle is a specialist in business Culture Transformation and Self-Actualised Leadership and therefore brings the Dare to Lead program to life by showing you how to apply the 4 courage building skill sets to improve your leadership style, and your team and organisation culture, and as a bonus… improve your life.

In the balmy city of San Antonio Texas early 2019, Michelle Holland became one of the first people to learn the Dare to Lead™ program live and in person with Dr Brené Brown. Adding to her research of the last 20 years, Brené worked with Fortune500 companies (like Pixar, Nike and Google) to apply her unique personal development formula into workplace. She discovered a method of helping leaders to become courageous which created Dare to Lead™.

About the Dare to Lead™ program

    FAQs

What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?

There are plenty of parking options around this area (but beware they fill up fast). The public transport options are excellent (tram is nearby). All else fails, there is always Uber.

What can I bring into the event?

You will receive a hardcopy workbook, so please bring a pen. A notebook is also useful to add anything that you don't want included in your workbook. Please no laptops or large tablets on the tables as they distract from the learning experience.

Also, please bring a jacket, cardigan or a wrap as it can get cold in conference rooms.

And most importantly - bring an open heart and a willing spirit... we're choosing courage over comfort in this program.

How can I contact the organiser with any questions?

Any additional questions please contact info@synergyiq.com.au

    What's the refund policy?

Due to the challenges of organising events like these, we are not able offer a full refund once the program is booked. We will provide a 50% refund up to 2 weeks prior to the event. We can also allow you to transfer your ticket to another member of your team, community or family.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

No, as long as you've booked through Humanitix we'll have a copy of your registration.

Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?

Yes, you can directly transfer to another person - please advise us who will be attending by contacting info@synergyiq.com.au.

Will I be able to run Dare to Lead™ training in my organisation after this training?

You will receive a certificate and a badge that certifies you as Dare to Lead™ Trained. This means you can use this skill set with your teams and colleagues. It does not authorise you to run Dare to Lead™ training for your organisation. Only a Certified DTL™ Facilitator is authorised to conduct this training.

Can you run this program for our whole team or organisation?

Absolutely! We would love to talk to you about how Dare to Lead™ has been the catalyst for many organisations to change the way they work together.  We can run small or large group programs in house. Please contact us on info@synergyiq.com.au and we'll speak to you about the best way of managing your business needs.

    Is there food?

We'll supply coffee/tea, waters and refreshments throughout the day.  In all day events we will supply a simple lunch and will endeavour to cater for dietary requirements where we can. If you have a very strict diet it would be wise to bring your own snacks and food just in case.
