Do Good & Do Well POSTPONED
The event we’d planned to enable small business owners to define and communicate their social purpose, set for 14 and 15 November is now postponed.
In setting out to design a unique “Do Good & Do Well” experience, we took the decision to co-design the program with our super-talented and experienced mentors, and build it around feedback from our attendees and partners. This process has been incredibly useful. It led us to design a very valuable set of complementary workshops and sessions. However, in taking this approach we’ve experienced more delays than expected, making it harder for business owners to plan this into their calendars and subsequently leaving us with a smaller cohort of attendees than we feel is appropriate to proceed with at this stage.
In short, it’s a crazy time of year, there’s lots going on and the ticket sales are not sufficient to warrant going ahead. All ticket holders have been contacted, will receive a 100% refund and first option on super early bird tickets (regardless of which ticket they bought this time) when we deliver this in 2020.
Accordingly, we’ve made the decision to postpone the event for now and we will keep you posted of details as soon as they become available.

What is it?
The Essential Sessions are two action-oriented days to get small and medium sized businesses moving along their purpose-based journey.
Why bother?
Because this won’t be a key-note laden talk-fest.
It’s an opportunity for 120 purpose-enthused professionals to make our day jobs, and those of our colleagues, meaningful and impactful while still being profitable. Not one or the other.
Both. Profit and purpose. Doing good and doing well.
What will happen?
A lot. Expert mentors and facilitators will guide you to define your social purpose and teach you how to communicate it effectively.
We’ll work on customer profiles and communications plans. You’ll practice using social media tools and produce impactful films on mobiles.
And at every stage we’ll make sure you’re creating valuable connections and embarking on properly designed collaborations.
The essential sessions is not for the faint-hearted. If you’re prepared to lean into a swag of new relationships and make your day job a whole lot more meaningful, then this is for you. If not, then best you stay behind your desk and keep checking your emails.
