Ladies, our March social event is here. If you missed out on all the fan of our January High Tea - this is for you.
Let's celebrate getting though the first few months of 2019 with an indulgent High Tea at the super-swanky Four Points by Sheraton Brisbane!
Starting with a glass of real Champagne, we'll chat, laugh and nibble our way through plates of savoury and sweet morsels like vol-au-vents, finger sandwiches, freshly-baked scones, macaroons, and more.
Price is only $30 per person and includes:
- High tea experience
- Glass of Mumm Champagne
- Socialising with other awesome bees!
On the Menu...
Savoury
- Smoked salmon and dill cream cheese roulade on wholemeal
- Chicken and asparagus vol-au-vents
- Open Reuben sandwiches - pickled cabbage, corned beef, Swiss cheese, and cornichons on fresh rye bread
Sweet
- Freshly-baked scones with strawberry and Champagne jam with Chantilly cream
- Whiskey maple pecan tartlet with maple whipped cream
Macaroons
- Opera cake - layers of almond sponge, coffee-scented buttercream, and dark chocolate ganache
- Toasted coconut, passionfruit, and lemon curd slice
