There’s a kaleidoscope of ways in which we all differ, from personality to gender to what we prefer for lunch, life experience to culture to how we prioritise our time. We’ll be honing in on two of the biggies: personality and generational differences, aiming to give you some practical tips for leading people who have puzzled you.
To give you the opportunity to raise and discuss your specific scenarios, places are limited to ten, so book early and come expecting rich, practical discussion.
