Living Hormoniously Half Day Event

A gorgeous half day of yoga, tea, snacks and celebration, focused on the tides of woman. Discussing, learning and laughing about the magic of our menstrual cycle; how best to flow with it and in doing so, creating ultimate flow in our life.
From a platform of Holistic Nutrition and Yoga Therapy, the day will be facilitated by our focus on nurturing and nourishing all layers of the constitution from the physical to the spiritual, to create a life where the ebb and flows are no longer the push and pull of inner conflict, instead becoming the invisible dance, our rhythmic gift. You'll experience a gorgeous day and float home with some beautiful tools and tricks to aid yourself to 'Live Hormoniously', along with a belly full of gorgeous herbal tea and healthy snacks. This an indepth intro session to our more extensive 4 weeks course but in itself a meaningful and joyful stand alone event, open to all women in the menstruating phase of life.
Yoga and movement will be focused in honouring our 4 phases so please dress comfortably to flow with the vigorous as well as the deeply relaxed.
