German beers, schnitzels, pretzels and plenty of lederhosen.
Lilydale is some 16,000 kilometers from Munich but this October the Yarra Valley suburb will host a one-day festival inspired by the famed Munich Oktoberfest.
With a massive beer hall and garden, food trucks, German entertainment, DJs and, of course, beer, the festival is a must for locals and Melbournites alike.
There will be 10-plus beers imported from Munich, classic German-style eats plus best-dressed, pretzel eating and stein holding competitions.
This event keeps getting better and better so make sure you join us for a great day out on Sat 26 Oct.
