As creatives, we know we need to fill our tanks so we can sustain our creativity. An important part of filling our tanks is self-care. ‘Self Care’ has become a buzz term thrown around in every self-help aisle and meditation class. But when we REALLY need self-care - we’re usually strung out on the computer next to cold coffee and last night’s take away OR we’re still in our PJs at 2pm because showering and getting dressed is just too much to contemplate. Self-care shouldn’t be a project that we have to ‘nail’ or master - it should be easy, fun, sustainable - and straight up make us FEEL GOOD to keep creating!
You will learn:
- Totally ‘doable’ practices that will have you loving yourself without sucking your time or budget dry!
- Practical tips on how to build the mental and physical strength that works for YOU & YOUR schedule
- How to generate (and keep) energy for yourself
- How to create great food QUICKLY (without Uber Eats)
Kylie Mouat is a creative who has experienced the good, bad and ugly of self-care both professionally and personally. She has studied multiple disciplines, philosophies and practised anything and everything that has been thrown at her by various teachers, peers and professionals over the last fifteen years. As a teacher, performer, artist and now end-of-life celebrant she has seen it all!
With a sense of humour, she’ll give you the practical low down on what REALLY works to CARE for your OWN SELF, so you can create some more!
