These elements help us to embody surrender and flow, opening to intuitive wisdom and quiet inner stillness. It is humility, deep self love and a light joy that permeates the body, transcending the mind analysis. Water holds important keys to our intelligent cellular network and we have an intelligent connection with this element that can change the depth and meaning of our lives.
Energy Science • Sound Bath • Meditation Journey
Sonic Dreamweaving Journeys are a fusion of Science & Soul, Empowerment through insights into Body – Mind – Earth Intelligence, Energetics and Mindfulness, Sound Bath for cellular healing and Guided Dreaming Journey into our subconscious inner child.
Each Journey is uniquely different depending on the group energy and theme.
The intention is always to clear old patterns and blocks and open new pathways to your highest vision of a joyful life. With an emphasis on individual healing, connection to our innate inner wisdom, and communication with the energy that moves through nature and beyond.
Sequence:
• Part 1: Elemental Play – Fire and Earth. We will learn of the wisdom of these elements both physically and metaphysically within our bodies and being guided in how to listen to natures wisdom. We all have the ability to communicate with our environment in a deliberate and very scientifically measured way. We'll use Sound, Breathwork & Movement to clear and refresh our body and mind.
• Part 2: Sound Bath. Lie down and relax into your deep Theta brain wave state, allowing deep healing, alignment and inspiration.
• Part 3: Guided Dreaming Story. Allowing your childlike wonder and imagination to open worlds within you that exist beyond the minds analysis. Opening our creative centres, releasing subconscious blocks to surrender to the mystery of the intelligence that moves within us...

SONIC DREAMWEAVING IS:

Empowerment through understanding of our own, inner wisdom and our Energetic Body. Learning the language of our body's profound intelligence, our capacity to attract whatever we can dream without self limitation, including a healthy body, mind and spirit, fulfilling job, partner or creative venture.
SOUND HEALING
The power of sound vibration, that influences our cellular activity, re–harmonises our physical body, tunes our emotional body, brings clarity and stability to our mental states. It is the tuning of our left and right brain, -ve and +ve polarities, masculine and feminine qualities as we return to a humanity that creates from Heart Wisdom.
As the deeply relaxing sounds shift you from Beta to Alpha and Theta Brain wave state, out of fight-flight-freeze mode, it allows our body's intelligent fascia network to revert to its original blueprint, coming back to balance without mind resistance. The sounds you will 'feel' in your body and hear through your bones of tribal, etheric and deeply relaxing tones, vocals, crystal bowl and other instruments.
MEDITATION & CREATIVE VISIONING
Guided Journeys & Energy exercises re-igniting our deepest connection to our soul wisdom, our present moment power, our calm, self-centered, self-assured path of purpose, and our wild–child imagination that still remembers how to Dream without Fear. It is the feeling of 'coming home'.
