Startup Marketing - Myths and Magic (Lunch & Learn)

This event has passed Get tickets

Event description

The startup landscape is soaked in myths about flying unicorns and overnight successes, but myths are just myths and holding on to them holds startups back from success.

In this hands-on, interactive workshop, we’re going to bust some of the most common startup myths around marketing, unveil the truth behind them and (hopefully) help you avoid these pitfalls by providing you some magic tricks to follow.

We're going to un-fluff marketing and show you how setting good marketing foundations can help your business as a whole (be it sales, product or even raising funds).

Who is running the show?

The workshop will be delivered by us -  Lee and Yifat from Flint & Spark – a team of entrepreneurial marketers who spend their days (sometimes nights as well) helping tech startups with their growth journey.

Who is it for?

you!

Whether you are just starting or about to list on the ASX and whether you are a VC partner or a corporate innovation manager - it's always great to get a fresh perspective and make those wheels in your head turn.

All other human beings are also invited of course ;)

No prior marketing/entrepreneurial knowledge is required.

What's in the plan?

12:00-12:30 - Lunch (provided) and Networking

12:30-2:00 - busting myths, learning some magic tricks and answering important questions

See you there...
