About Zoe

Responding to a gap in the market, Zoe launched Kindred Warrior in September 2019. Born from a desire to bring wellness and a sense of belonging to the community, Zoe's vision was to create a space for kindred souls to come together and experience the benefits of yoga.

Zoe has an immense appreciation for the breath, and for building our capacity to put a pause before our reactions. She incorporates pranayama into her classes, aiding students to bring mind and body together through the focus on breath.

Having practiced Yoga on and off over the past 20 years, it was in 2014 that she enrolled in a 4 week beginners course to take her back to the foundations of yoga. From there her practice grew from strength to strength, eventually leading her to complete her 200hr Teacher Training Byron Yoga Centre in 2017, completing an additional 300 hrs Level 2 in 2018. She has also completed 50hr Yin training with Byron Yoga Centre and Restorative Yoga Training, and in 2019 embarked on Parayoga Master Trainings with Yogarupa Rod Stryker. Zoe is registered with Yoga Australia.
