Moral Fairground supported by City of Whittlesea, is inviting 16 to 20 businesses to apply for a series of workshops aimed at local businesses that are focused on community benefit. The aim of this program is to undertake capacity building for local businesses with purpose and ultimately to form a community of ethical businesses that support and work with each other to deliver better social outcomes.

The program aims to bring together social enterprises, and community-focused businesses, as well as individuals and businesses that want to explore how to achieve positive social and environmental outcomes through business.

Facilitators: 

Victoria Plaksin Co-Founder and Managing Director of Trusted Negotiator Victoria Plaksin leads a team with over 200 years of combined experience in high stakes negotiations. Trusted Negotiator’s purpose is to empower people to transform tough conversations into sources of mutual value, trust and impact

Cameron Neil Co-Founder and Director of Red Hat Impact Cameron has spent two decades working for a more equitable and sustainable world. His career includes roles across government, community and business sectors, specialising in building and leading teams, networks and businesses that deliver social, environmental and economic value.

Melanie Raymond Chair of Youth Projects Melanie has been named one of Australia’s Top 100 Most Influential Women in the Westpac & Australian Financial Review 100 Women of Influence Awards. She has worked in health, finance and local government and has been involved in the community sector for over 30 years.
