The Darlings are continuing their support for encouraging people of all ages to gain employment by holding this year's Changeover Dinner at one of Sydney's foremost culinary schools.
A three course menu will tempt your taste buds, adequately washed down with good wines, premium beers and soft drinks.
Be hosted by hospitality students who will demonstrate their skills at running a restaurant from cooks right through to front of house.
