The New Savages are an electric and original take on the first generation of recorded blues. Lead Singer Milan’s striking baritone vocals seem to evoke the spirit of a great poet. His guitar playing is a simple, primitive and hypnotic boogie – one that sounds as though humans have been playing it since the dawn of time.
After their hit appearance at the Bruthen Blues festival they were invited back by the organizers for a special one off at the Bruthen Hall. There'll be a barbecue and alcohol is BYO so for one night the Bruthen Hall will become a Juke Joint party.
Saturday night, April 13th The New Savages appear again at the Bruthen Hall.
