The Social Studio Turns 10 Fundraising Gala
Join us for our annual fundraising gala and 10th birthday celebration!
The night will include dinner and drinks, live performances, The Social Studio student runway and a live art auction.
All proceeds help create meaningful social change by supporting The Social Studio's not for profit activities and mission to empower Melbourne's refugee youth.
Please note: Concession tickets are for existing and past The Social Studio students and staff.
About The Social Studio
The Social Studio (TSS) is a grass-roots not-for-profit social enterprise established in Collingwood in 2009, with a vision to welcome and empower marginalised communities and enable refugee youth to achieve their full potential.
Our ethical and sustainable business model uses the vehicle of fashion - including a fashion school, fashion label, ethical clothing manufacturing business, retail store and community space - to transform the lives of Melbourne’s refugee youth.
In 2019, TSS celebrates 10 years of promoting diversity in fashion. Over the past decade, TSS has supported 700+ people from refugee communities in our education and employment programs, and become a fundamental part of inner Melbourne’s diverse cultural and fashion landscape.
Our education and work experience programs are provided free to refugee youth.
