When we create time for ourselves we can change so much, this event will take you on a journey of transformation and self discovery.

When we stop and breathe, our mind, body and soul are given the opportunity to reconnect, to stop the over thinking, relax the mind and body so you have a moment to let go of things that are holding you back from being the person you truly are.

I want to show you a simple way to re-energise, escape the noise and distraction and really come back to yourself.

In one magical experience you can renew, restore and nurture yourself.

Come and join this Womens Circle where we all come together to share the magic and really feel supported by each other and relax into the space where we feel we are heard, seen and felt.
