Three Day Canoe - Glenelg River

This event has passed Get tickets

Event description

Let's go paddling, camping and caving!

This two-day adventure down the Lower Glenelg River in western Victoria is the trip of a lifetime.

We will be immersed in two days of complete serenity as we float and paddle downstream, stopping to explore beautiful places along the way. The stunning gorges, platypus and myriad of bird species make this trip unforgettable. Not to mention the awesome connections we will make with each other as we experience everything this special place has to offer (including the hot chips at Nelson at the end!)

We will camp out for two nights on the river, with all camping gear and sumptuous meals provided. We will provide a list of the personal items that you need to bring upon registration.

There is also an optional tour of Princess Margeret Rose Caves; a labyrinth of limestone tunnels and caverns that are considered to be a highlight of any visit to the Lower Glenelg National Park.

This trip is for women who are beginner paddlers. Even if you have never paddled before, this experience is for you! We will be with you every step of the way to make sure it is one to remember.

Kindest regards,

Brooke
