VOICE ALCHEMY - A VOICE WORKSHOP with SOPHIA TUV

• When we connect to our voice we connect to our heart. With our voice we can transform and heal ourselves and others around us. 
  
  Sophia will be facilitating a voice sounding and chanting workshop and will be sharing some of her insights. This will be an opportunity to dive with Sophia deeper into the beautiful gift of our own unique voice.
  
  This workshop is offered for singers, chanters and speakers of all levels - from no experience to experienced.
  It’s for anyone that was born :-) no experience needed:-)
  .
  This workshop is to awaken the gift of voice, gaining the tools to sing, talk and express with ease and freedom.
  Connecting to our full presence, and the wildness within us. when we know how to activate our voice we can connect to our true essence.
  
  We will EXPLORE :
  
  
• Different voice and breath techniques with warmups to strengthen the voice in developing the range, colour and dynamism.
  
• Tools that enable the power of voice to express a full and authentic presence .
• The experience of the healing powers of the voice. 
• we will use this beautiful gift of voice to set our intentions and express our prayers .
• Vocal Sound and Song Journey
• Improvisation and connecting to our creativity playfulness and "wildness" through our voice.
• Sound and song as meditation.
• Deep relaxation through sound and song medicine.

About Sophia Tuv ( Israel )
Sophia is a sacred world singer, song writer, chanter, voice teacher, individual and group voice facilitator .
She is classical and jazz-trained .
In the last 12 years Sophia has been diving into and studying sacred sound and voice. She has taught, performed and held chanting spaces around the world and is delighted to share her musical voice offerings with YOU.
