Celebrating the brewed and wild fermented;  the applications and experimentations, creation of flavours, byproducts and easy ways to introduce these techniques into your drinks. 

Sandor Katz will join us, talking on the wild and fermented traditions of making drinks for health and inebriation around the world. This will be followed with a line-up talks by Sharon Flynn of The Fermentary & Luke Whearty of Byrdi discussing whey soda, water kefir, Doburuko (rough sake) and Makgeolli and their potential use behind a bar - hosted by the wonderful Orlando Marzo. 

We are proud to say that this we are collaborating with Melbourne Cocktail Festival for this fabulous event celebrating traditions and modern application of fermentation in drinks.

Grub will be providing light snacks to have alongside drinks and will have an open bar whilst we all continue mingling with Sandor & our guest speakers.
