Are you always giving too much?
Do you feel your struggles with fees and charging are tied to your struggles with self worth?
Is it time to cut those ties and be open to receiving?
The Inner Sanctum is a safe and confidential space for women running their own business to come together and support each other. In this space we can be vulnerable and share our voices, listening to each other, being heard without judgment and knowing we are not alone. It is a space for us to grow and lift ourselves up to achieving our full potential in business.
The circle will explore:
+ How we as women determine our value in business
+ The personal struggles with self worth we share
+ Our professional dreams and desires
This will be an intimate gathering. There will be tea, coffee and water provided. There will be plenty of cushions to make yourself comfortable but if you have a cushion or bolster you prefer to sit on you are welcome to bring it to use.
CIRCLE FACILITATOR - EMMA LIGGINS
Emma Liggins is a qualified Intuitive Business Coach with a Master of Adult Education, Certificate of Intuitive Wellness Coaching and a Graduate Diploma of Psychology.
Emma ran her previous business for nine years with the last four years being predominantly online. She experienced first hand how isolating it can be running your own business and linking your self worth to what you charge can be really unhealthy for your mindset, and your business.
