You will find out about:

  • Understanding and managing the HDR candidature
  • International Students Rights and Responsibilities
  • Knowledge and skills development and Graduate Research Study Plan
  • The Positive Start for International HDR Studnest program 
  • Other UTS services and resources 
  • Tips for success in your graduate research journey 

Autumn 2020 term. This session is now delivered on Zoom (For security reason, Zoom details will be sent to students to their UTS student email address.

Is there a sign in sheet on arrival?

Yes. Please ensure that you sign the registration sheet on arrival.

What if I can no longer attend, do I need to cancel?

Yes. Please contact the Researcher Development team at grs_rd@uts.edu.au for workshop cancellation.

If you fail to cancel your registration and are absent three or more times in a session, you will be suspended from the program for 1 year. You will be notified by email prior to your suspension being applied.

How will I know the location for this event if it is not confirmed yet?

You will be sent a reminder email approximately one week prior to the workshop. This will include the workshops location, date, time and anything you may need to know prior to the workshop.
