The Grove's Dojo #3 - "Calling the collective; everybody matters”

We at The Grove welcome you to join with us in our next Dojo, our third prototype following the success of the first two.
In this Dojo we’ll be tapping into the groundswell of energy to "self-organise" outside traditional organisational structures and roles, in particular to address the current moment we DON'T want and create the future we DO want. We’re keen and curious to share stories and practice of forming and functioning in these groups, where self-organising, distributed or participatory leadership, open source and open value seem common and indeed necessary characteristics.
How might we support the coalescing of emerging, self-organising groups and strengthen the network between them, creating a bridge between old and new organisations, economies and eco-systems?
It is important to The Grove to be open source about our own formation and growth, and to host other individuals and groups into alternative ways of being and doing
More about the Grove's Dojo;
The Dojo is 'a house of practice, a place for pursuit of the Way'. A place where The Grove, a community of practitioners, change agents, innovators, intrapreneurs, leaders and active members of civil society, meets to learn through practice.
Learning new ways of being and doing is increasingly vital as we seek to meet the challenges of today, and co-create the emerging future. A distinct feature of The Grove’s Dojo is our intention to learn by doing, in a supportive environment with others. We can then move into other places, where we do our work within organisations, groups and communities better equipped to bring new possibilities and potentialities into being.
